Refinery Gas Analyser (RGA)
Introduction
The RGA performs complicated separations of light hydrocarbons and permanent gases from refinery gas in a single injection (C1 to C5 saturates and unsaturates with the initial backflush of C6+). The Refinery Gas Analyser (RGA) provides a complete solution system for refineries, research-and-development, plant laboratories, as well as other allied oil and gas industries.
Features & Benefits:
- Excellent separation of C3 and C4
unsaturates and near baseline
separation of iso-butylene and
i-butene indicates the quality of the
analyser.
- Meets the specifications of the UOP 539.
- A dedicated solution system for
refineries and other industries
- Custom-built configuration enables
excellent separation of components of
interest
- Automated sampling and
column switching permits
unattended operation
- High quality, helium tested
valves used for sampling,
column switching and
backflushing
- Initial backflush of C6+
produces a sharp peak,
providing greater sensitivity
and reproducibility
- Reports highlight : Specific
gravity, calorific value, vapor
pressure, Wobbe number and
molecular weight results
- An optional configuration with
electrically actuated valves is
also available.
