PIONA/PONA Analyser

Introduction
The PIONA / PONA analyser is a GC system with a special column used for rapid analysis of Paraffins, Isoparaffins, Olefins, Napthenes and Aromatics (PIONA / PONA), in a single run.

Gasolines, naphthas and similar samples that boil usually below 250°C are analysed by the PIONA / PONA analyser.

The analysis of petroleum streams with boiling points up to 250°C is extremely essential for monitoring refinery operations, product specifications and development of petroleum related processes.
